INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

at the time of registration and provided by the User for the activation
of the services offered by Exodus snc.

the performance of the services indicated and will therefore be used solely to send travel proposals
exclusively via email or fax. Any refusal by the User to provide such data or any refusal to consent to
its processing will make it impossible to use the service offered by Exodus snc.
Exodus snc processes Users' personal data in accordance with all processing operations
established by Legislative Decree 196/2003—namely, collection, recording, organization, storage, processing,
modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, and any other operation useful for
providing the requested services. This data may also be organized in databases or archives.
Specifically, the purposes of processing personal data are as follows:
- provide the services requested;
- verify the quality of the services offered;
- comply with any accounting and tax requirements;
- trace the perpetrators of any unlawful acts only upon specific requests and on behalf of the competent authorities.
If the User has given specific consent:
- provide information and/or offers on products, services, or initiatives
offered or promoted by Exodus snc, without this resulting in the transfer
of personal data to third parties.
The User may access their data at any time
and exercise the rights set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Art 7 D.Lgs del 30.06.2003:
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence
or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded,
and communication of such data in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out
with the aid of electronic tools;
d) the identifying information of the owner, managers,
and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom
the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it
in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the state,
managers, or persons in charge.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification, or, when appropriate, integration of the data;
b) the deletion, transformation, anonymization,
or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data
whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which
the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters
a) and
b) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, including their content,
except where such compliance proves impossible or involves
a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right
protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data
concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her
for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for
conducting market research or commercial communications."
The user may exercise the rights set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree
196/2003 (updating, rectification, integration, deletion,
transformation, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, opposition, request for the information referred to in paragraph 1
and in letters a), b), c), d), and e) of paragraph 2) by contacting
